What exactly runs offline?
On Windows, dictation runs on the member's own CPU with no server involved. In offline mode the audio is transcribed on the member's own machine. Cloud mode (99 languages) is available to every member as well and is encrypted in transit and never stored.
How is a team set up?
We install and configure VoltType for each member, load your industry vocabulary, and hand over a working setup in about an hour. No admin console to learn.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Monthly or yearly, by card or invoice with a purchase order. A signed data-processing agreement and our sub-processor list are available on request.
What counts as "custom"?
More than about 30 seats, tuned vocabulary for a specialised field, on-premise rollout on managed machines, or contract terms your company needs. Tell us what you have and we quote it.
